Taking a Time-Out or Self-Exclusion

Updated over 4 months ago

Players can temporarily pause or fully restrict access to their account to manage their gambling responsibly. These tools help maintain control, prevent harmful behavior and promote safer gaming habits.

Time-Out (Short-Term Break)

A time-out allows you or the player to take a short break from gambling.
During this period, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets.

Time-out periods typically include:

  • 24 hours

  • 7 days

  • 30 days

  • Custom short-term durations (depending on the operator)

Once the selected period ends, the player’s account will automatically reopen.

Self-Exclusion (Long-Term Break)

Self-exclusion is a longer-term option for players who feel they need a more extended break. During self-exclusion, the player cannot access their account or participate in any gaming activities.

Self-exclusion durations may include:

  • 6 months

  • 1 year

Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period has fully expired to ensure player safety.

How to initiate a time-out or self-exclusion?

Players can activate these options through the Responsible Gaming section of their account or by contacting our 24/7 customer support via live chat. You may also email us at [email protected]. Identification may be required to verify the request for security purposes.

Why these options are important?

Both tools help players:

  • Regain control over their gambling behaviour

  • Prevent excessive spending

  • Ensure a healthy and responsible gaming environment
